Medical Oncology has been started functioning in Government Medical College Kottayam

With great pleasure we are informing that the Department of Medical Oncology has been started functioning in Government Medical College Kottayam. It was inaugurated by our beloved Principal Dr. Sankar S. in the esteemed presence of our hospital superintendent Dr. T.K. Jayakumar at the meeting held on 4th of July 2023 at the Cancer Care Centre. Dr.S. Sivaramakrishnan, Head of the Department of Radiation Oncology, Dr. Radha T.R., Head of the Department of General Medicine, Dr. Sunil S. Head of the Department of General Surgery, Dr. Beenakumari, Head of the Department of Gynaecology and Obstretics, Dr. Murali T. V., Head of the Department of Surgical Oncology and Nursing Superintendent Mrs. Henan Devadas felicitated at the meeting. Medical Oncology OP will be conducted at 2nd cubicle in cancer care centre opd on every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Dr. Flowerlit Thomas will be in charge of the Medical Oncology department
